**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Individualized Instruction**: Develop and deliver personalized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each student, ensuring academic and social development.
- **IEP Development and Implementation**: Skillfully prepare, review, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, therapists, and other professionals to ensure students' success and progress towards their goals.
- **Classroom Management**: Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation, engagement, and growth for all students.
- **Assessment and Reporting**: Regularly assess student progress against IEP goals and adapt instructional methods as needed. Prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and relevant professionals.
- **Professional Collaboration**: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and general education teachers to provide holistic support to students.
- **Behavior Management**: Implement positive behavior support strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs, promoting a constructive and inclusive classroom environment.
- **Resource Development**: Create and adapt teaching materials and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students with special needs.
- **Continuous Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education and inclusivity strategies.
- **Advocacy and Awareness**: Act as an advocate for students with special needs, promoting awareness and inclusivity within the school community.
- **Crisis Intervention**: Provide immediate support and intervention in situations of behavioral, emotional, or social crises, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
