A telesales executive, also known as a telemarketer or telephone salesperson, is a member of a sales team who uses inbound and outbound calls to make sales for a company. Their responsibilities include:

- Selling: Using persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services
- Customer service: Working with customer service teams to identify potential customers, and dealing with troubleshooting or complaints
- Market research: Conducting market research to improve customer experience and sales
- Record keeping: Maintaining records of telemarketing data and purchase orders
- Relationship building: Developing and sustaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,882.23 per month
