I. Basic Mission

To develop and manage the Sales targets, Marketing and Business Development of TGT Products

and Solutions creatively and to increase market share across segments & geography with a healthy

margin and growing sales funnel, to achieve overall other strategic objectives of the company.

Focus on the effective operation, innovative solutions and resource leadership of Sales and Sales

Support people, in their management of the selling, service and relationship activities with customers.

II. Main responsibilities (KRA)
- Will be responsible to work as per the activities mentioned in the JD and make the team members

follow the same.
- HOD is in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales, Sales

Coordination and Marketing for the Company.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategise and develop tender specifications to strengthen company’s business prospects.
- Participate in elaboration of customer’s RFP, identify account needs, develop optimization and

coordination with the design team and implement sales actions plans for each targeted

customers.
- Develop business growth and generate positive sales and revenue streams to maximize revenue

from new and existing clients.
- Responsible for bidding and tendering. Responsible in making changes (deviations if required) in

specifications interacting with clients.
- Promotion of products and services through active participation in industry fairs and events.
- Keeping track records for AMC completions and renewals. Responsible of tracking spares used in

the AMC’s and implementing usage of minimum spares with the Team.

- Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus

on the company’s strategic goals.
- Responsible for renewal of contracts with clients, based on earlier experiences of working with

these clients.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on

a continual basis.
- Oversees all staffing and training needs in Sales and Marketing Dept and After Sales department.
- Works with the Senior Staff in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company.
- Directs department(s) to achieve objectives established in the Company’s Strategic Plan.
- Coordinates sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the Company.
- Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to

approach and secure new business for the Company. Also responsible of all payments collection

of spares, main core products (dispensers, boosters, turnkey projects) including AMC’s.
- Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key industry opinion leaders and contacts

with other relevant agents.
- Monitor, analyze sales and market trends. Implement new ideas with new products to make the

business grow.
- Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget
- Effectively execute and manage every element of the sales process on an individual level and

build a top notch direct sales team; also making the best use of the ERP system provided by the

company.
- Responsible for driving revenue and use learning’s from that experience to refine sales processes

and to build an appropriate team;
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams on developing new products and

services for our clients;

- Standard measurements will focus on actual sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the

business unit. In addition, developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers will be

a key indicator of future success expectations;
- Update the company on changing trends within the online marketing environment so the

organization can make and adjust plans accordingly.

Core Technical competencies

Good knowledge of sales of GAS dispensing systems and the commercial/bidding process and

procedures of sales with reference to large sales deals.

Very strong good knowledge of government bidding and sales process.

Technical understanding of this industry, competitors and strategies for better product positioning

via better understanding of the clients’ techno-commercial requirements.
