**Location**: Pune Satara Road, Dhankawadi, (work from office)

**Qualification**:

- BE, BCA,B.Com, Bsc. Graduates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools MS Office.
- Fresher from well-known college/University
- Must have excellent **English, Marathi and Hindi communication skills** (written and verbal both)
- A young dynamic and enthusiastic member with fire within to work and grow along with the organization

**Job Description

- Identifying the skills, interests and career goals of the students
- Assist students in terms of course & program selection
- Counsel interested students regarding our Training program and get them enroll
- To Organize the Demo Lectures on regular basis and coordinating the placement activities
- Solving the queries of students (walk-ins as well as telephonic).
- Taking inquiries over phone
- To search new companies for placement and maintain relation with existing companies.
- To prepare students for interview and maximize the placements.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding the products and services and explain to the prospects and convince them.
- Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills)
- Negotiation skill
- Ability to identify body language and pain points of an student
- Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times
- Interpersonal (mediation) skills is needed to be able to solve problems or gap that may arise
- Friendly and accommodating

**Eligibility**
- Experience - 0-6 months
- Qualification - Graduate
- Working Day - Mon to Sat
- Shift Time - 09 Am to 06 Pm
- Location - Pune Satara Road, Dhankawdi, Near Bharati Vidyapeeth

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
