Production Supervisor

PU Footwear Upper Production Supervisor

The PU Footwear Upper Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process of PU (Polyurethane) footwear uppers. They ensure that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and the production team operates efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise Production Process: Monitor and supervise the production process of PU footwear uppers, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that the produced uppers meet the required standards and specifications.
3. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
4. Resource Planning: Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of necessary resources, such as raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to meet production requirements.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes, and optimize production efficiency.
6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare production reports, maintain production records, and provide regular updates to management on production performance and issues.
8. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production-related issues, such as equipment malfunctions or quality concerns, in a timely manner.
9. Cost Control: Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and productivity.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices related to PU footwear upper production.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in footwear production, preferably in PU footwear uppers.
- Strong knowledge of PU material properties, production processes, and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

**Salary**: ₹8,355.56 - ₹33,472.10 per month
