**Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies management, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.
- Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- **Reception and Communication**:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, answering inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Ensure effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and logistics.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and celebrations to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as required.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain petty cash and reconcile financial records as needed.
- **HR Support**:
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address potential hazards or risks.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and response procedures, including evacuation drills and first aid training.
