IT - Back Office Coordinator

1. Monitor customer inquiries & complaints over the Phone & CRM Portal.
2. Record customer complaints over the CRM portal.
3. Collaborate with the technical lead to assign customer complaints to appropriate engineers.
4. Follow up with both engineers and customers to ensure that complaints are resolved.
5. Schedule appointments with customers and engineers to address their complaints.
6. Follow up with engineers, office staff, and customers to ensure smooth communications.
8. Work with the technical lead to organize the next day's call schedule for engineers.
9. Publish day shift end reports to upper management on daily basis.
10. Alert upper management to significant customer complaints and concerns.
11. Track the delivery of materials to and from customers and vendors.
12. Prepare delivery challans as needed.
13. Update call details on the CRM portal.
14. File invoices and challans collected by engineers and delivery personnel.
15. Enter purchase and sales invoices into Tally.
16. Use the CRM portal to prepare quotations and send them to customers.
17. Follow up on quotations until the lead is closed.
18. Follow up on outstanding payments.
19. Compare the cost of purchasing materials from multiple vendors, obtaining at least three price comparisons.
20. Schedule preventive maintenance calls for customers with AMC contracts on a periodic basis.
2. Set reminders for AMC and antivirus contract expiration dates.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
