What does a Kalvium Program Mentor do?

Here’s what you would do as a Program Mentor at Kalvium.

Program management

1. Ensure smooth execution of the Kalvium program on the ground on the campus

you’re hired for

2. Be on top of and improve student learning progress, learning outcomes, and student

happiness through data sheets and dashboards

3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure whatever is required for the

Kalvium program to run effectively comes through

4. Manage operations on the ground for conducting assessments, events, and any other

program-related activities

Mentorship

On the mentorship front, you’d be responsible for the following things with Kalvium’s

students.

1. Anchor delivery of Kalvium’s Foundation courses, which are behavioral skill-related

courses such as Learning how to learn, Professional skills, Critical thinking, etc.

2. Take ownership of the professional development and career outcomes of a cohort of

Kalvi students. Outcomes = students getting placed + receiving optimal

performance reviews from recruiting tech companies

3. Counseling students to help them with challenges if any while learning as well as at

work

for our future Software Engineers.
