**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through products and services.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods.
- Qualify and follow up on leads to close sales opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- **Reporting**:
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license.
