Job Title: CNC Router Programmer

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **CNC Programming**: Develop and optimize CNC programs for the operation of routers based on project specifications and design requirements.
- **Material Selection**: Understand material properties and characteristics to make appropriate selections for each project.
- **Tooling Knowledge**: Proficient in selecting the appropriate cutting tools and tool paths to achieve high-quality finished products.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed projects to ensure they meet design specifications and tolerances.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design team to interpret design drawings and specifications for programming purposes.
- **Software Proficiency**: Possess advanced knowledge of design software, specifically CorelDRAW, to create and modify design files for CNC programming.
- **File Formats**: Experience working with TAP files and other relevant file formats used in CNC programming.
- **Machine Setup**: Assist in the setup and calibration of CNC routers, ensuring proper functionality before production runs.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve programming and machining issues to maintain smooth production processes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of CNC programs, tooling selections, and production processes.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC programming.
- Proficient in using CorelDRAW for design purposes.
- Familiarity with TAP files and other CNC file formats.
- Strong understanding of materials and tooling selection.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with the design and production teams.

**Salary**: ₹11,146.33 - ₹36,025.19 per month
