The Production Supervisor in a modular factory is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of modular components. This includes supervising production staff, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. The supervisor will coordinate the workflow, monitor production efficiency, and resolve any operational issues that may arise. They will also ensure the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment, manage inventory levels, and report on production performance to senior management. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of modular construction processes are essential for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
