**Job Summary**
- Receiving PODs from other depts & branches
- Checking of remarks on PODs. In case of shortage & damage, inform concern & higher authority.
- Bill preparation as per contract rates or customer confirmation note.
- In case of rate missing in system / contracts/ mails, collect the same from Marketing dept / Director.
- In case of any specific requirement from customer, attach transaction sheet ( given format) & supporting docs with bills.
- Submitting monthly provision to Customer ( in case of customer need )
- Making pending entries (e g GST no. Address et.) in system.
- Generate unbilled report from system and follow up for POD from delivery branch & concern dept.
- Handover of bills with original Pods to Credit Control team after keeping one copy of each bill along with supporting.
- Take receiving note / sign from credit control team against each bill for avoiding any confusion/ dispute.
**Qualifications and Skills**
B.Com
2 to 3 years in billing /Invoicing
computer savvy
good communication skill
**Job Types**: Full-time, Walk-In
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
