**Position Overview**:
The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling menstrual health products to healthcare professionals, clinics, local retail shops and medical institutions. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers to increase product awareness and drive sales within the assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Promotion**:
- Detail and maintain Revaa’s menstrual products to healthcare professionals, including
gynaecologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists.
- Create awareness and educate healthcare providers about the benefits, features, and usage of the products.
- Organize and conduct product demonstrations and trials as needed.
**Sales and Territory Management**:
- Achieve sales targets and expand the market penetration within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand product reach.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the territory, including new stores, key accounts and
competitive landscape.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and various other selling touch points.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback and support.
**Marketing Support**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
**Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Maintain a weekly tracker on aspects pertaining to the assigned territory and discuss strategies to develop the business.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in women's health or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to understand and comply with regulatory requirements.
