**Key Responsibilities**:
**1)Campaign Strategy and Planning**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the organization's goals and target audience.
- Develop Google Ads strategies tailored to promote animal welfare awareness, adoption, fundraising, and related initiatives.

**2)Campaign Implementation**:

- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, and ad copy.
- Ensure ad messaging aligns with the organization's mission and values.
- Implement tracking and conversion mechanisms to measure campaign effectiveness.

**3)Budget Management**:

- Monitor and manage the daily and monthly ad budget effectively.
- Adjust bidding strategies to maximize the impact of available resources.

**4)Keyword Management**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords related to animal welfare, rescue, and advocacy.
- Manage keyword lists and negative keywords to improve campaign relevance.

**5)Ad Performance Optimization**:

- Continuously A/B test ad creative’s and landing pages to improve click-through rates and engagement.
- Optimize ad extensions and scheduling for better campaign performance.
- Implement and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage supporters.

**6)Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads data.
- Generate reports summarizing key performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

**7)Quality Score Management**:

- Focus on improving Quality Scores by enhancing ad relevance and landing page experience.

**8)Advocacy and Outreach**:

- Collaborate with the organization's advocacy and outreach teams to align advertising efforts with awareness and fundraising campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Google Ads certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
- A deep passion for animal welfare and advocacy.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 8 per week
