As the **Quality Analyst/Validator**, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the **quality and accuracy** of materials procured for female healthcare app and marketplaces. You will work closely with the procurement and operations teams to ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards, while also assisting in sourcing and validating new products. This role is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, well-curated subscription boxes and marketplace items.

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Checks**:

- Conduct regular **quality inspections** of materials procured for subscription boxes and marketplace items.
- Develop and maintain **quality checklists**, documentation, and reports to ensure consistency in product quality.
- Ensure all products meet **internal and external quality standards** before packaging or sale.
- **Product Validation**:

- Validate the **authenticity, durability, and safety** of procured goods in line with company and industry standards.
- Oversee the **testing of new products** and provide feedback on their suitability for the subscription box program.
- **Sourcing Assistance**:

- Collaborate with procurement teams to **source new products**, ensuring they align with quality and cost-effectiveness requirements.
- Assist in evaluating and negotiating with **vendors/suppliers** based on product quality and pricing.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Provide input into vendor performance reviews based on the **quality of materials delivered**.
- Recommend **improvements or changes** to sourcing strategies if vendors fail to meet quality expectations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of **quality checks, product validations**, and sourcing efforts.
- Generate **quality assurance reports** for internal use and communicate findings to relevant teams.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the **operations and procurement teams** to ensure high-quality sourcing and production.
- Participate in **cross-functional meetings** to provide insights into product quality and assist in strategic decision-making.

- Ability to **document quality findings** and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product selection.

- Familiarity with quality validation software or tools used in **inspecting materials**.
- Knowledge of **data entry systems** for logging quality checks and procurement details.
- **Organizational & Time Management**:

- Ability to **prioritize tasks**, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain Management**, **Quality Assurance**, **Operations Management**, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in **Quality Control**, **Product Validation** or Health are a plus.
- The Quality Analyst/Validator should also be familiar with the **Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India)** to ensure that product quality does not violate consumer rights.
- Knowledge of **labelling regulations** (e.g., ingredient disclosures, product instructions) for health-related items.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in **quality assurance**, **product validation**, or **procurement operations**.
- Experience in a **health service, subscription-based business**, **e-commerce**, or **consumer goods** is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proven ability to implement and maintain **high-quality standards**.
