Unit Incharge - RMHS Electrical Maintenance

**Purpose** - Why does this role exist?**
- To ensure raw material storage at various yards once received and provide feed to various departments
- Ensuring the Equipment availability and maintain the equipment & conveyor systems with minimum maintenance cost

**Key Result Areas (Key **Performance Indicators)**
- Ensure availability of Electrical & Automation Systems of 5MT / 7 MT / 10 MT (as per responsibility matrix) as per Plan
- Ensure proper maintenance of RMHS E & A equipment to facilitate BM preparation / raw material delivery as per ABP
- Contribute towards cost reduction
- Compliance to environmental & Safety norms
- Developing successors & team members
- Critical_** Tasks**
- Achieve availability of 97% of equipment
- Maintaining the RMHS E & A facilities of 5MT / 7 MT / 10 MT (as per responsibility matrix) for Plant operations as per ABP
- Planning & procurement of spares & Services for E & A of of 5MT / 7 MT / 10 MT (as per responsibility matrix) RMHS.
- Achieve Specific Spares maintenance cost (Rs / T of Crude steel) as per ABP
- Reduction of Demurrage charges by reducing breakdowns of WTs & downstream equipment.
- Availability and continuous operation of De-dusting systems.
- Implementing improvement & Digitalization projects to enhance PQCDSMA aspects.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards.

Control on all above KRA

**Educational Background and Work Experience
- B.E. / B. Tech. (Electrical / EEE / ECE / Instrumentation)
- 15 - 25 Years’ experience in relevant field.
- Handling teams of minimum 30 Members (including Engineers & Technicians)
