Trainee Officer

Storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process.

Ø Recording information, such as ingredients, weights, and temperature, and input into the database.

Ø Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.

Ø Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations.

Ø Reporting accidents, safety violations, or other concerns.

Ø Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality.

Ø Working with other team members to complete the production process.

Ø Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear.

Ø Daily round in working plant to knowing the routine problems & discussion

Ø Responsible for equipment's' health, light maintenance work

Ø responsible for shift production quantity & quality

Ø Responsible for plant's housekeeping

Ø Monitor plant to ensure efficient production

Ø Monitoring and maintaining proper chemical concentrations within equipment and storage tanks

Ø Report while attending and relieving the duties.

Ø Responsible for monitoring of all utility like boiler (Pressure), cooling tower (Water level, and quality of water), chilling plant (Temperature, Water level, and quality of water), Colling tower (Temperature, Water level, and quality of water) nitrogen plant (Pressure of tank, moisture receiver tank), vacuum pump, Scrubber (water level as required, Check Point PH, density)
