Fire Training Instructor

Job Title: Fire Trainer & Lecturer

Location: Barrackpore

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct training sessions for employees on fire safety, prevention, and response

Develop and maintain training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and online resources

Assess training needs and identify opportunities for improvement in the fire safety program

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for fire safety

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Fire Training Instructor

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices

Ability to develop and implement effective training programs

Strong organizational and time management skills

Certification as a Firefighter or Fire Safety Specialist is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barrackpore, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
