Job description

We are seeking an experienced Graphics & UI/UX Designer to

conceptualize and execute online and offline experiences that drive

engagement across multiple target audiences.

Tasks at hand:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the

marketing team, product managers, and engineers
- Working with the marketing team to produce and manage social media

content for all channels.
- Creation of all social media posts, infographics, videos, slide-shows,

blog designs etc,
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites

function and look like.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Design and create best-in-class, original visual designs that increase

conversions
- Design graphics and templates for content pieces (i.e. whitepapers,

ebooks, infographics, etc.)
- Optimize web-based and mobile designs for campaigns. Using SEO

best practices to create optimized landing pages and web content on an

ongoing basis.
- Establish concepts and templates to test on marketing campaigns each

quarter.
- Coordinating photo and video shoots as needed and managing all

website images
- Think creatively to communicate a brands voice and marketing

messages
- Work with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns adhering to

business goals and timelines

Must have:

- 4+ years designing front end digital user experiences using Adobe

Creative Suite (i.e.Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign,

Figma)
- Strong visual sensibilities and deep understanding of design and its

impact.
- Interactive design experience a plus
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and

Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various

stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Hands-on experience of content management systems
- Advanced in the user-centered design process and best practices,

specifically related to usability, web standards, and responsive design
- Experience designing content-heavy websites
- Interest in language, culture, and global thinking.
- Experience in e-commerce & retail design would be a bonus.
