**Job description**

Currently we have requirement for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Service Department at Jharsuguda, Odisha location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Resolving customer concerns.
- Customer experience at the dealership showroom and supporting in their follow-ups.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- Complaint Management
- Feedback collection

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 Years experience in similar role in automobile sector.

EDUCATION - ANY GRADUATE / BBA /MBA

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Good communications skill, Teamwork and leadership Skills, Customer Orientation, Problem-Solving Skills, Knowledge of Company Products and Services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month & incentive up to 10K to 15K (depending upon the target)

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pays
- Performance bonus
