**About the role**

**Job Title**: UI/UX Trainer

**Job Overview**:
As an UI/UX Trainer, you will play a crucial role in guiding and developing the skills of aspiring designers. You will work closely with our students to provide insights, feedback, and support throughout their learning journey. Your expertise will help shape their understanding of UI/UX principles, tools and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Trainer should help navigate students in their UI/UX learning journey.
- The Trainer would be solving queries, assisting students with design related aspects across Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud platforms.
- The Trainer should assist students in developing impressive portfolios.
- Trainer should conduct weekly mock interviews to prepare students for real-world scenarios.
- The Trainer should track and monitor student progress on a daily basis.
- The Trainer should assign tasks and projects, monitoring progress through regular scrum calls, similar to practices in a corporate environment.
- The Trainer will be given access to our LMS (portal) initially to upgrade themselves and understand the content we teach in our curriculum.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Data science, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Previous experience in a mentorship, teaching or coaching role is preferred.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Branding, Figma, UX Research, UI design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and inspire confidence in students.
