Job Title: Graphic Design Intern (Post 6 months, internship will be converted to permanent employment, based on job perfomance)

Are you passionate about graphic design and eager to make a meaningful impact in the rapidly growing field of electric vehicles (EVs)? Join Kazam, an agnostic EV charging software platform that is at the forefront of building India's largest EV charging station network. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of Kazam, contributing to the design of marketing materials, digital content, and user interfaces that reflect our commitment to innovation and sustainability.

**Responsibilities**:
1. *Create Visually Compelling Content:*
- Develop engaging visual content for digital and print mediums, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life and effectively communicate Kazam's brand message.

2. *Brand Development:*
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Kazam's visual brand identity, ensuring a cohesive andrecognisablee presence across various channels.
- Assist in the creation of brand guidelines to maintain consistency in design elements and messaging.

3. *Collaboration and Feedback:*
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders to refine and enhance design projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative insights to enhance overall design strategy.

4. *Stay Abreast of Design Trends:*
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative ideas into Kazam's design approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
