Subject Matter Expert

Regulatory Compliance: Staying up-to-date with import-export laws, regulations, and documentation requirements of different countries and ensuring that our operations remain compliant. You will provide guidance and support to our team members to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.

Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, new markets, and emerging trends. You will monitor market dynamics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Supplier and Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and customers. You will serve as a point of contact for resolving any technical queries or issues related to the products we deal with and ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement within the import-export operations, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize supply chain management.
