**Responsibilities**:
**1. Photography and Editing**:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling to create compelling visuals.
- Ensure consistent style and branding in all visual content.

**2. Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with the brand's identity and goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to engage with the online community effectively.
- Utilize social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.

**3. Specialty Coffee Knowledge**:

- Leverage your understanding of specialty coffee to create educational and informative content for our audience.
- Communicate the unique aspects of our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and coffee culture through visuals and captions.

**4. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align photography and social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the cafe team to capture the essence of the cafe experience and highlight its distinct features.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in photography and photo editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) and familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with online audiences.
- Passion for specialty coffee and the ability to convey its intricacies through visuals and text (bonus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and brand guidelines.
