Job Title: Sales Officer (Construction Company)

Job Summary:
As a Sales Officer to a construction company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and collaborating with the broader sales and project teams. The Sales Officer will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a prospect database for targeted outreach.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand clients' evolving needs and address any concerns.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to showcase the company's construction services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, emphasizing key features and benefits.
- Address client queries and concerns during presentations.
- **Quotation and Proposal Development**:

- Collaborate with the estimating team to create accurate and competitive project quotations.
- Develop comprehensive proposals that align with client requirements and project specifications.
- Work closely with clients to tailor solutions that meet their unique needs.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:

- Engage in negotiations to finalize project details, pricing, and contractual terms.
- Close sales deals by effectively addressing client concerns and objections.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and opportunities.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Coordinate with project managers and other internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹21,751.15 - ₹30,763.71 per month
