**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of consortium customers.
- Collaborate with the Head Librarian of the Consortia as a Knimbus representative.
- Conduct regular reviews and training sessions.
- Gather requirements and implement platform changes based on client feedback.
- Interface with the Customer Experience (CX) and Product teams for development related needs.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
