As a Dispatch Executive at Ruchak India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to various locations. You will be responsible for overseeing the dispatch operations and managing a team of dispatch staff to meet customer demands and maintain a high level of service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dispatch Coordination**: Coordinate and manage the dispatch of products to distributors, retailers, and customers efficiently.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all products are packed, labeled, and loaded correctly to maintain product quality and integrity during transportation.

**Documentation**: Prepare and maintain necessary dispatch records, invoices, and delivery documentation.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for the dispatch team.
