Job Title: Dialysis Technology Faculty
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and deliver lectures, laboratory sessions, and practical demonstrations for dialysis technology students.
2. Create and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional resources.
3. Assess student learning through assignments, examinations, and clinical evaluations.
4. Provide individualized academic support and mentoring to students as needed.
5. Supervise and coordinate clinical placements and internships for students in dialysis centers.
6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and industry experts to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment with industry standards.
7. Stay updated on advancements in dialysis technology and incorporate relevant developments into teaching practices.
8. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student success and professional growth.
9. Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development committees, and other institutional activities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dialysis Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
2. Certified Dialysis Technician (CDT) credential or equivalent certification preferred.
3. Prior teaching experience in a healthcare education setting is advantageous.
4. Clinical experience working in dialysis centers or nephrology departments is highly desirable.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
6. Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems for course delivery.
7. Commitment to maintaining high academic standards and fostering student success.
8. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and educational backgrounds.
9. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in curriculum development and assessment.
10. Dedication to promoting ethical and professional behavior in the dialysis technology field.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
