**ENOVA User Experience Designer**

In our ENOVIA India organization, we are looking for a strongly motivated User Experience Designer well versed in Visual Asset Design who will have a fundamental role in enabling business and industry innovators to collaboratively build and execute a successful plan, transforming market opportunities into marketplace advantages. You will work closely with the Product Development taking an active role in define and develop Visual Assets and deploy ENOVIA User Experience fundamentals to ensure consistency across the Roles, Apps & Services. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to define UX design and its implementation and measure UX efficiency through tangible measures. ENOVIA is the World's leading solution for product development and social Collaboration. It is used by leading organizations in multiple industries to develop the products we see and use in our everyday lives.

This position can be based in Pune.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Define, Design and Develop Visual Assets for Applications and features working closely with Application / Product Managers.
- Define UX strategic paradigms & concepts through UX sketching, ideation & prototypes.
- Define strategic visual design, Interaction Design, Information organization.
- Investigate UX needs, tasks, and goals and describe reference use cases.
- Define UX Design, its Implementation rules & measure UX efficiency through tangible metrics.
- Monitor UX deployment in apps

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design
- 3-5 years of experience in Visual Design and User Experience Design
- Fluency in latest graphic design techniques and software, primarily Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides
- Ability to translate complex information and data into visual graphics
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities, meet demanding deadlines, and work well under pressure while maintaining standards of quality, design requirements, and branding guidelines
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong creative style and innovative design solutions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to explore and learn new design tools and platforms
- Self-starter with creative and strategic mindset, bringing design ideas to life with hands-off instruction while thinking through the project critically
