**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage the waitlist efficiently, providing accurate wait times and managing reservations.
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth and timely seating of guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including menus and promotional materials.
- Assist in managing phone inquiries and reservations.
- Provide assistance to guests with special needs or requests.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
