**Job description**

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Responds to job-related medical emergencies and provides onsite treatment to sick or injured workers.
- Recommends additional or specialized medical treatment when necessary.
- Promotes and maintains the health and wellness of workers.
- Identifies hazards in the workplace; recommends ways to reduce and prevent hazardous exposures on the job.
- Presents recommendations for tasks that can be potentially hazardous to workers.
- Maintains current knowledge of industrial safety and medical best practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to administer medical aid in emergency situations.
- Ability to work in high pressure situations and remain calm in medical emergencies.
- verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge in Hindi, Malayalam, English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

- Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelors degree preferred.
- One to three years of related experience preferred.

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Karur, Karur - 639111, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
