**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**:
**Full Stack Developer**

**Responsibilities**

**Full Stack Development**:
**Architecture Design**:
**Front-end Development**:
Develop responsive user interfaces using modern front-end Javascript frameworks such as React JS & Next JS.

**Back-end Development**:
Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using languages such as Node.js and PHP, Python, or Java.

**Database Management**:
Design and optimize database schemas, and write efficient SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval.

**API Development**:
Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

**Code Reviews**:
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

**Testing**:
**Mentorship**:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

**Task Management**:
Ability to create development tasks based on analysis of client business rules, desired functionality, and functional specs. Ability to estimate, design and implement development tasks in the form of writing and editing code.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Front-end Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Nextjs).
- Back-end Skills: Strong server-side development skills using languages such as Node.js and PHP, Python, Java, or similar. Advanced knowledge in MVC architecture and object-oriented programming
- Database Skills: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- API Development: Solid understanding and experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Version Control: Proficient with Git or other version control systems.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Problem-solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, ability to lead and inspire a development team.
- Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

**Preferred Competencies**

- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Competency in Microsoft Suite, Teams, JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹4,500,000.00 per year
