E-commerce Lister

We are Web Rivals Technology, a family-owned consignment business. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Sales Associate to help us grow our online sales through various marketplaces and social channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain product listings on various online marketplaces, such as eBay and Amazon
- Take high-quality product photos and edit them as needed
- Write compelling product descriptions that accurately describe each item and its unique features
- Engage with customers on various social media channels, such as Facebook and Instagram, and answer any questions they may have about our products
- Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback
- Continuously research and identify new online marketplaces and opportunities to expand our online presence

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably with online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon
- Knowledgeable of fashion, trends, and on-trend brands
- Ability to take high-quality product photos and edit them as needed
- Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling product descriptions
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings, as needed
