- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Profile introduction**:
As the Banquet In-Charge, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing all aspects of banquet events hosted at our venue. Your attention to detail, leadership skills, and passion for delivering outstanding service will contribute to the success of our events and the satisfaction of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute flawless banquet events, including weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
- Supervise and lead the banquet team to ensure seamless event operations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Manage banquet budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Oversee set-up, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet spaces.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during events promptly and professionally.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
