- Create and manage multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and presentations.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze online campaign performance to optimize results.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to audience feedback.
- **Event Planning**:

- Plan and execute events to promote products/services and build relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
