**MBA - Marketing & Sales Internship**

As an MBA Marketing & Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing & sales while contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives. This internship is designed to provide exposure to real-world challenges, enhance your skill set, and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns & sales funnel within a dynamic business environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Market Research and Analysis: Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
Gather and analyze data to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.

Collaborate with team members to develop content, messaging, and visuals for campaigns.

Content Creation: Assist in producing marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and presentations.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Social Media Management: Help manage and curate social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and generating reports.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future marketing efforts.

Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and coordination of marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and content, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.

Marketing Strategy: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing strategies and tactics.

Professional Development: Learn about marketing best practices, trends, and emerging technologies through mentorship and on-the-job learning.

**Sales**: Contribute in execution of current sales process. Generate leads through reaching out the correct audience and demonstrating value of our products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and contribute to real-world projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with the willingness to collaborate and contribute within a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in marketing, either through coursework, internships, or projects, is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

- The internship duration, compensation, and other benefits will be outlined upon selection and in accordance with company policies.

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Work from home

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
