**Job Description and Qualifications**

**Location: - Vadodara**

**Experience: - 4-8 years**

**Qualification: - Graduation is a must, HR related education preferred**
- Identify, screen and submit relevant profiles to business based on the provided job description
- Be the recruiting interface to key partners, build and maintain a strong internal network, utilize external networks.
- Partner proactively with Hiring managers, HR partners and HR Community of expertise colleagues to drive the recruiting process through phases and execute against recruiting plan.
- Handle business leader expectations on talent availability and advise on balance between speed and quality.
- Anticipate changing needs of hiring manager and business to adjust planning accordingly.
- Develop Talent Mapping reports for specific companies including competitors and/or identified critical positions
