IT Trainer

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Create, review, and update training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments for Python, Data Science, and MERN Stack courses.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging training sessions for individuals or groups, using a variety of teaching methods (e.g., lectures, hands-on labs, demonstrations).
- **Hands-on Labs**: Design and lead practical coding exercises, projects, and case studies in Python, Data Science, and MERN Stack.
- **Student Support**: Provide personalized coaching and troubleshooting assistance to students to ensure they are mastering key concepts and skills.
- **Assessments and Feedback**: Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest developments in Python, Data Science, and MERN Stack technologies. Integrate new tools, frameworks, and best practices into training content.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on training effectiveness, including student progress, satisfaction, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**:

- At least 1 years of experience in Python programming, Data Science (including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, etc.), and MERN Stack development.
- Strong understanding of the **MERN Stack** (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and full-stack web development principles.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
