**Production Supervisor:

**Job Summary**
- Manage and develop production employees to achieve established goals of
performance, production volume, quality, service, and cost.
- Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained.
- Ensure Daily Production targets are achieved.
- Lead and Guide workers on the production floor.
- Daily stock of RM, WIP and FG.
- Keep Track of movement of material throughout the factory.
- Develop and/or implement departmental reporting as required.
- Ensure machines are running smoothly with minimum down time.
**Work Experience and Skills**
- 2 - 3 years manufacturing experience of leading workers.
- Education is not a criteria.
- Mechanical and technical knowledge about industrial machines
- Highly motivated and self-directed
**Working Conditions**
- Shop floor environment.
- Limited travel.
- Overtime shifts as required.
**Physical Demands**
- Must be able to operate in all areas of the Plant
- Ability to climb, walk, light lifting etc.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
