We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Tele-Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, presenting our products or services, and closing sales to achieve monthly sales targets. This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers using the provided leads or databases.

2. Product/Service Pitch: Present and explain our products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.

3. Lead Conversion: Engage prospects effectively, address their inquiries, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

6. Follow-up and Follow-through: Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and pending sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates.

7. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using our CRM system.

8. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of our products or services and be able to articulate them clearly to potential customers.

9. Market Research: Continuously gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.

10. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role, preferably in a target-driven environment.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information and engage with potential customers.

3. Persuasive and confident approach to sales, with the ability to handle objections and close deals.

4. Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

5. Customer-centric attitude and the ability to build rapport with prospects to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.

6. Strong organizational skills to manage leads, sales activities, and follow-up tasks efficiently.

7. Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and maintain motivation throughout the sales process.

8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and sales tracking.

9. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

10. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the sales manager, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
