**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Research potential vendors in the market.
- Evaluate offers from the vendors and negotiate for better deals.
- Update internal database in the Software (WIN HM System)
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct Market research to identity pricing trends.
- Prepare Cost analysis report and submit to Operation/Administration Manager.
- Maintain updated records of invoice and contracts.
- Incoming material acceptance and Quality control.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Strong analytical, communication and computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
