- Responsibilities_
- _Respond to applicant questions & resolve issues._
- _Operate in compliance with laws & Regulations._
- _Dealing with complex solution-based calls._
- _Reading complex & sensitive customer situations and dealing with it accurately._
- _Consistently Deliver First Class Service._
- _Exceptional Time management skills._
- _Assess risks and investigate for fraudulent activity with a keen eye._

- Qualification we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications_
- _Knowledge of all Latitude/GEM Finance Credit Card products & LFS host systems_
- _Knowledge of AUS & NZ Privacy legislation_
- _Previous Fraud/Scheme Chargebacks related experience_
- _Excellent communication skills - verbal and written._
- _Should have sound computer knowledge._
- _Needs to be good at multitasking._
