Trainee Nurse

**Assist in direct care of patients, as sponge bath, mouth care, catheter care, eye care.**:

- **Bath, groom, shave, paint patients or give medicated bath to prepare them for surgery**:

- **Administer treatments such as enemas, suppositories, irrigations, steam inhalations, etc.**:

- **Attend to all call bells and do the needful. Inform staff if the job is not within his/her scope**:

- **Keep patient’s unit and the surroundings always neat and tidy. Change linen when wet or soiled. Remove any ECG trolley, IV poles, syringe pumps or any other item that is not in use from the patients’ room.**:

- **Help patients in walking, exercising, and moving in and out of bed.**:

- **Turn and reposition bedridden patients, alone or with assistance, to prevent pressure sores**:

- **Collect specimens such as urine, feces, or sputum of patients when required**:

- **Taking vitals, height, weight of patients on admission and whenever required.**:

- **Set up equipment such as oxygen and suction units.**:

- **Assist patients in feeding during meal time and feed those who are unable to feed themselves.**:

- **Checking patients on discharge and remove any micro tapes, electrodes from patients. Checking the room before discharge for availability of all items especially TV remote.**:

- **Ensure safety and good personal hygiene of patients admitted in the unit at all times.**:

- **Transportation duties when absolutely necessary and instructed by unit or shift in-charge in case of emergent needs.**:

- **Assist the doctors in physical examination and procedures**:

- **Any other job, which deemed fit for the role as assigned.**

**Salary**: ₹204,000.00 - ₹228,000.00 per year
