Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision tools and equipment.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
- Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to prevent quality issues from recurring.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct periodic audits of production processes to verify adherence to quality requirements.
- Provide training and support to production personnel on quality-related topics.
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance and inspection techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in quality assurance is preferred.
- Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality control techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Proficiency in using measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
