**Scope**:
To provide effective Preventive & Breakdown service for Machines and equipment's in production area

**Key Performance areas**:

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules for various machines in production and site utilities. Like furnaces, chiller, DG, Transformers, Dust control etc.
- Attend breakdowns on top priority, keep machine uptime to the targeted levels as communicated time to time.
- Maintain and store spares systematically & keep the sufficient inventory of critical spares.
- Carry out shut down and preventive maintenance jobs in timely and effective manner.
- To adhere to ownership of process concept.
- Take actions of maintenance issues reported in FTM. Maintain history of all maintenance jobs in FTM software to refer the same in future.
- Ensure discipline, housekeeping and maintain high level of safety standards.
- Ensure safe working, right quality, and lowest cost in all maintenance activities.
- Keep shop floor clean and in order all the time.
- Follow SOP’s and OCP’s in day to day working.
- Working knowledge of QEHS Systems namely, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001; Industry 4.0 and World Class Manufacturing.
- Find out alternatives for spares to avoid stoppage of machines.
- Ensure proper order status on shop floor, capacity utilization, cycle time reduction, housekeeping & adherence to commitment.
- Systematic feedback on overall issues to Manager, Production Engineer, Production Leaders and Co technologists.
- Interaction with all stakeholders such as Production Leaders, Maintenance team, Quality & Production Control.

**Your Profile**:

- Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
- with 5-10 years of experience in Machine Maintenance / as a Service Technician/Machine Rebuilding/Automation.
- Minimum two - three years’ experience in heat treatment, magnetic separation, crushing and size reduction operations is essential.
- PLC Control system
- Knowledge of FANUC / Siemens control system.
- Learning approach.
- Ready to work in all 3 shifts.
- Forklift driving license will be an added advantage
- Experience in Utility maintenance (Chillers/Compressors, DG, HT & LT) is a must
