**Lead Generation and Client Outreach**
- **Identify and Generate Leads**: Actively source new leads through various channels, including cold calling, social media outreach, referrals, and events.
- **Nurture Leads**: Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring they are continuously engaged and informed about language programs and offerings.
- **Promote Services**: Proactively share information about language courses, workshops, and other offerings tailored to the needs of individual clients.
**Sales Consultation and Client Engagement**
- **Client Needs Assessment**: Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their language learning goals, challenges, and preferences.
- **Present Solutions**: Based on client needs, recommend suitable language programs (e.g., beginner, intermediate, business, or exam prep) that will best meet their goals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all language courses, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.
- **Explain Benefits**: Clearly explain the advantages of different language learning methods and why **The Language X** is the best choice for achieving fluency.
**Sales Conversion**
- **Close Sales**: Convert prospective leads into paying customers by guiding them through the decision-making process and finalizing contracts or payments.
- **Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients who show interest but have not yet committed to a program.
- **Meet Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively converting leads and managing the sales pipeline efficiently.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- **Personalised Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, answering any questions, addressing concerns, and offering ongoing support.
- **Customer Retention**: Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and client satisfaction.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients on course content, instructors, and overall learning experience to relay to the management team for quality improvements.
**Administrative Tasks**
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead progress in the company’s CRM system.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports to track progress, sales activities, conversion rates, and performance against targets.
- **Documentation**: Assist in preparing contracts, payment schedules, and necessary documentation for clients.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**
- **Coordinate with Marketing**: Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights on customer preferences, campaign effectiveness, and new market trends.
- **Work with Operations and Academic Teams**: Communicate client requirements to the academic team for seamless course delivery, and work with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- **Feedback Loop**: Provide valuable insights to management and product teams regarding customer preferences, language learning trends, and suggestions for new programs.
**Market Research and Competitive Analysis**
- **Industry Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest trends in language education, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Regularly assess competitor offerings and pricing strategies to provide clients with attractive, competitive packages.
- **Client Insights**: Monitor feedback and market behavior to help tailor future offerings and marketing strategies.
**Training and Personal Development**
- **Continuous Learning**: Attend training sessions on sales techniques, language programs, and product offerings to improve skills and knowledge.
- **Stay Updated on Offerings**: Regularly update knowledge on the language courses available, teaching methods, and new services or products offered by **The Language X**.
- **Peer Collaboration**: Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and collaborate with fellow sales counsellors to enhance collective performance.
**Marketing and Promotional Activities**
- **Represent the Brand**: Actively represent **The Language X** during events, fairs, webinars, or social media engagements to promote the company’s mission and courses.
- **Promotions and Campaigns**: Engage with potential customers regarding promotional offers, discounts, or seasonal campaigns to boost sales.
- **Referral Programs**: Promote referral programs, encourage existing students to refer friends or family, and reward successful referrals
