Washing Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of car wash attendants.
- Ensure team members are well-trained and adhere to established standard operating procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality in all aspects of the car washing process.
- Regularly inspect vehicles post-washing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Operational Efficiency**:

- Plan and organize daily workflow to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee the scheduling of staff to meet customer demand.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Monitor and maintain car washing equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for timely repairs and servicing.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers to address concerns, gather feedback, and ensure a positive experience.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of cleaning supplies and ensure an adequate inventory is maintained.
- Place orders for cleaning supplies as needed.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on operational performance, including productivity and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provide updates to management on any issues or improvements needed.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers also will be considered
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the automobile washing industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of car washing equipment and processes.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in automotive services is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
