We are looking for an experienced and passionate Fashion Merchandiser to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to identify opportunities for product assortment and merchandising strategies within the women's formal wear segment.
- Develop and execute seasonal merchandise plans, sales forecasts, and inventory management strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with designers, buyers, and suppliers to develop, source, and curate a compelling product assortment that meets the needs of professional women and aligns with the brand's identity.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring optimal product quality, availability, and pricing.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand in-store and online merchandising displays to drive customer engagement and sales of women's formal wear.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting merchandising strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Collaborate with marketing and visual design teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively showcase collections and drive sales.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and fashion shows to stay current with emerging trends and build relationships with key industry partners in women's formal wear.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, including market trends, competitor product offerings, and pricing strategies within the women's formal wear segment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising, retail, or a related field, with a focus on women's formal wear.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics within the women's formal wear segment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual presentation and design.
- Willingness to travel as needed for industry events and market research.
