**Minimum Experience**: 3-7 yrs (Experience on research on medical materials, Knowledge on characterization)

**The Context / Purpose of the Job**
- Research on development/improvement of medical materials namely Collagen/Gelatin, Hydroxyapatite, derivative products and other potential medical materials.
- Generating technical knowhow and process parameter optimization for medical material products
- Process parameter optimization in small-medium on various medical materilas
- Analysis of test results conducted at TSL and report generation
- Liaising with different agencies for detailed characterization of developed products and benchmarking.
- Technical patent/paper and report writing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing and execution of projects in the area of medical materials
- Lab scale and pilot-scale execution of research projects.
- Conduct experiments using advanced research equipment and analyse the data
- Synergy with NMB and other organization as and when required

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
