As a Field Officer specializing in agricultural equipment and agri loan lead generation, you will be responsible for working closely with farmers in rural areas, establishing commission agent/VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) networks in every village, and generating leads for agricultural equipment and agri loans. Your primary objective will be to promote the use of modern farming equipment and facilitate access to financial resources that empower farmers to enhance their productivity and profitability. This role requires frequent travel to rural areas, building strong relationships with farmers, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

**Responsibilities**:
Establish and Maintain Commission Agent/VLE Network:Identify and recruit suitable commission agents/VLEs in every village to act as local representatives.
Train and educate commission agents/VLEs on agricultural equipment and agri loan offerings.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to commission agents/VLEs to ensure their effective functioning.

Farmer Engagement and Relationship Building:Conduct field visits to interact with farmers, understand their needs, and build relationships.
Educate farmers about the benefits and usage of modern agricultural equipment.
Assess the financial requirements of farmers and provide information on agri loan options.
Address any concerns or queries raised by farmers and provide appropriate solutions.

Lead Generation and Conversion:Actively promote agricultural equipment and agri loan products/services to farmers.
Collect relevant information from farmers to initiate the lead generation process.
Liaise with internal sales teams or financial institutions to facilitate lead conversion.

Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and regulations in the agricultural sector.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for equipment sales and agri loan offerings.
Analyze market dynamics, competitors, and pricing strategies to formulate effective sales approaches.

Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of farmer interactions, leads generated, and sales activities.
Prepare regular reports on field activities, including lead conversion rates and market insights.
Collaborate with the management team to share progress, challenges, and recommendations.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alwar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
